Use of Images & Restrictions:

By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the site. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the terms and rights of use apply to your employer as well as to you. Should you cease working for your employer, your employer continues to be responsible for this agreement. Terms and conditions, including permitted use, will continue.

Until you license the image, you may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or otherwise exploit the image(s) or content in any way with the exception of permission received from Viewfinders Stock Photography for placement (or "comping") purposes only. Your use will be limited to the usage category you have chosen.

All images and content are copyright protected by Viewfinders Stock Photography, Bruce Forster Photographer, Inc., and/or appropriate photographer represented by Viewfinders. All rights are reserved. All website components including, but not limited to, the design, content and images are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws.

Use of the image beyond the terms of the limited license agreement and/or written permission of the copyright holder without first obtaining an additional license and/or additional written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited. Use of the image in a manner that is defamatory, pornographic or obscene, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter is prohibited. This includes the use of an image in conjunction with any unflattering or controversial subjects including, but not limited to, sexual issues, abortion, sexually transmitted diseases, physical or mental illness, illness of any kind, birth control, illegal activities, prostitution or phone call centers, illegal drug use or any other illegal activity, use of the image or content in any way that violates a depicted person's right of privacy is prohibited.

Use of an image or content to infringe on any trade name, trademark, etc. is also prohibited. Use of an image or content that implies endorsement of a product or service unless you request and receive a copy of a release for all recognizable individuals and private property depicted in the image is prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine if that release is sufficient for your use and you specifically indemnify Viewfinders Stock Photography/Bruce Forster Photography, Inc., its employees, assigns, advertisers and contributors in any lawsuit that is a result of your usage of any image. Republishing, transmitting, or archiving any image without the prior written consent of the copyright holder and/or Viewfinders Stock Photography/Bruce Forster Photography, Inc. is prohibited.
