Search by keyword or phrase

Simply type in your criteria and hit "search" in the quick search box or in the advanced search fields.

Using the "Include ALL the words" field
Enter the words you want to match on, separated by spaces. Search will return images whose keywords or description include all the words you've used. To match exact phrases containing more than one word, put the phrases in quotes.

Examples:

• girl "blonde hair" daylight

• leaves water autumn

Using the "None of the words" field
Enter words you don't want matching images for. This  helps to filter out images with unwanted subjects; images with keywords or descriptions including any of these words will be excluded from the results. Exact phrases may also be used in quotes here.

Using the "Limit to photographer(s)" field
If you want restrict the search to images by one or more of Viewfinders' photographers, select one or more (using the ctrl or opt key) in the photographers field. This field can be used in conjunction with other fields in the advanced search section.
